1) Sunday Specialty Class (11am) has been removed from our weekly schedule.


  • Due to 3-4months of low attendance. The Sunday Specialty class has been removed from our weekly schedule going forward.

  • STILL WANNA WORKOUT ON SUNDAY?!?

    • Dont worry. If you have been a member for a month or more with regular attendance. You have access to Non-Staffed Open Gym! It is included in your membership and has been for a couple years now. You just need to be set up with Zach individually. Please text Zach (469-734-3343) for more details and to get yourself set up.

2) Jax's Legacy Workout AND Jax's last class at Vickery


  • Brian Jackson started at Vickery on August 22nd, 2014 and he has ABSOLUTELY never wavered in his support of our gym. It is hard to think of the afternoon class without Jax (and his trusty inhaler). Him and his wife Jules have GRACIOUSLY hosted Vickery Pool Parties for nearly a decade. We have teamed up with them to support their charity. He even donated his daughter Brie to be a coach.

    Jax and his wife are moving to north Fort Worth to their well deserved lake house/dream home.

    Grateful does not begin to touch how we feel about having the Jackson's around for so long. Thanks for everything Jax. The gym will miss you!
