FAQs
-
Are your classes open to all fitness levels?
-
Yes. Every workout scales up or down. Coaches tailor movements to your level, experience, and any limitations.

-
I’m injured. Can I still train?
-
Yes. Tell your coach before class and we will modify everything safely.
-

-
How do I cancel my membership?
-
Email zach@vickeryathletics.com before the 1st of the month. Include your full name and the word “Cancel” in the subject line. A brief reason helps us improve.

-
Yes. Three private showers. Please bring your own towel and toiletries.
-

-
What is your late-cancel / no-show policy?

-
What kind of personal training do you offer?
-
1:1 and small group coaching for strength, conditioning, and performance goals, plus sessions with our in-house physical therapist, Jess Martinez.
-

-
Do you allow drop-ins?
-
Yes, this is perfect for visitors. Members see the best progress by training through our cycles, so we would rather have you join than drop-in sporadically.

How do the two trial classes work?
-
Start with a quick assessment, then take two coached classes on us to experience the programming and pace.
-

How long are classes?
-
60 minutes, including warm-up, coaching, and cooldown.
