FAQs

-I am out of shape. Are your classes open to all fitness levels?

Yes. We prioritize scaling any exercise and workout to best suit your fitness levels or any movement restrictions you may have.

 

-How do I cancel my membership?

Before the first of the month, email zach@vickeryatheltics.com and please let us know your reason of canceling.

 

-Do you have showers?

Yes. We have three showers. Towels and soap are not included.

 

-I am injured. Can I modify the workout?

Yes. Just like being at a different fitness level, we have scales and alternatives for any exercise or workout you may need.

 

-What is your calculation/no show policy?

If you miss class, you are charged $10. If you sign up and show up for the following class (with the exception of missing the last class), we waive the late charge.

 

- What kind of personal training do you offer?

We have different coaches that offer different styles of personal training all the way to our in-house physical therapist, Jess Martinez.

 

-What makes you different from other group class gyms?

At Vickery we don’t sell classes. We sell a program that builds you into a stronger and healthier person long term. We care about you and want to see you in the gym day after day.
