Fitness is a big part of what we do, but nutrition plays the largest role in success. (We know that is tough to hear).

When signing up for membership the option for a free body scan and nutrition consultation is available.

 

*This is OPTIONAL for every member. It is included in your first months membership.

Unlimited Classes: $205/month

12 Classes per Month: $175/month

This includes Vickery Group Classes.

Group Class is the meat and bones of our gym.

This is NOT some silly HIIT class or a SICK CrossFit WOD.

We mix it all together to create a potent strength and conditioning program that WORKS for ANY skill and fitness level. You will get 1-1 attention from a coach while working out with people who care!

*Your membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis on the 1st of each month.

*BOTH Open Gym options require 20 class minimum attendance as a member AND an in face "How to/Rules" meeting with the owner..
