Yes. 6:30am class ends at 7:30am, showers are on site, and Vickery is 7–10 minutes from most Uptown addresses via Henderson or McKinney. Members do this routine every weekday.
Is the 12:00pm lunch class long enough to shower and get back to work?
Class ends at 1:00pm sharp, showers are available, and most members are back at their desk by 1:15–1:20pm. If you're 15 minutes from Vickery, plan accordingly; if you're within 5 minutes, you have margin.
What if I have to miss classes during busy work periods?
The 12x/month plan gives you 12 classes a month to use whenever you can get there. The 10-class punchcard (valid 6 months) is even more flexible. Coaches can also help you plan around a big work push.
Do you have Wi-Fi so I can take a call after class?
Yes. Members occasionally take calls or send emails from the front area after class. Not encouraged as a habit, but the infrastructure is there when you need it.
